TEXTILES WITH HISTORY

Marianne Westman’s beloved patterns Belle Amie and Körsbärsträdgården
are back in two new, autumnal colour combinations – beige and dark
green, complemented by soft red, blue and brown tones.

The collection offers a harmonious mix of classic graphic shapes and a
colour palette inspired by nature. Pattern classics in natural tones that
bring both calm and character to the season’s interiors.

Whether you want to give your home a completely new feel or simply
add a few well-chosen details, the collection offers many opportunities
to create a personal and inviting atmosphere.

KÖRSBÄRSTRÄDGÅRDEN

In the classic Körsbärsträdgården pattern, spring’s cherry blossoms share
the branches with autumn’s ripe berries, while starlings feast among them.
The graphic expression is softened by hand-painted details and small white
accents that bring both life and harmony.

The pattern was designed by Marianne Westman in 1959 and was first
printed in the Westman siblings’ textile studio in Falun. Today,
Körsbärsträdgården in beige and dark green is available as fabric by
the metre, cushion covers, tablecloths and wool blankets.

BELLE AMIE

In Belle Amie, the much-loved cherry blossoms from Körsbärsträdgården
take centre stage. Here they swirl across the fabric in a soft, graphic pattern
with roots in Marianne Westman’s porcelain designs from the 1950s.

The textile pattern was created in collaboration with Almedahls in 2011 and
was then printed in vibrant blue and orange tones. Belle Amie now launches
in beige and dark green – as fabric and oilcloth by the metre, oilcloths,
table runners, apron, pot holder and cushion covers.

FRUKT OCH KAKA – A CHRISTMAS PATTERN WITH TRADITION

In the decorative Christmas pattern Frukt och kaka, red apples and beautifully
iced gingerbread cookies come together in a warm and festive combination.

The pattern, which previously existed as fabric by the metre, has now been
brought to life again as a kitchen towel and wooden serving board – practical
and beautiful additions to the Christmas kitchen. Perfect for anyone looking for
a lovely and functional detail for the holiday kitchen.

GRYTSKÅPET – A TEA TOWEL WITH NOSTALGIA

The Grytskåpet tea towel is back in a new colourway of warm, earthy natural
tones. The pattern, created by Louise Fougstedt Carling, is based on a classic
fabric by the metre and evokes kitchens of the past – where rows of pots,
coffee pots and teapots alternate with charming chequered squares.

The timeless design makes the towel just as fitting in a country kitchen as in
a modern setting.

For those wanting to add more colour to everyday life, Grytskåpet is also
available in blue and yellow.
