All customer orders will be shown in Swedish Krona (SEK). Consumer prices include VAT.
A shipping fee will be added to every order and the cost depends on the delivery location.

Orders sent within Sweden will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
We will contact you by email if an item is sold out or if the delivery time is longer than expected. Our shipping carriers are DHL and PostNord. The expected delivery time within Sweden is two business days with the exception of certain parts of northern Sweden.
You will receive a notification by text, email, or letter with your place of pick up and. If you don't pick up your order within the first 14 days it will be returned and you will be responsible for any extra costs.
Delivery outside of Sweden
Orders sent to outside of Sweden will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery time can vary but should take about 4-6 days within the EU and will be delivered to your home address. You will receive a notification by text or email as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.
After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email or text. You will also receive a notification by email or text when the order has arrived at your local DHL or PostNord pick up spot. False orders and fraud attempts will be reported to the police.
Credit and debit cards
We accept Mastercard and Visa payments. Choosing one of these as your payment means no extra card fees. We cooperate with the DIBS payment exchange, which guarantees a fast and secure payment. Your card details won't be saved as the transfer takes place with an SSL encryption, this means that no unauthorized person can see your card details.
We offer invoice payments and partial payments through Klarna AB. To be able to shop with Klarna invoice, you must meet certain requirements:
• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Be without payment remarks.
• Your address must be the same as the one at which you are registered.
• You may not have unpaid claims from Klarna. When you complete a purchase, Klarna performs a simplified credit check and checks that the above requirements are met.
If you want to be able to choose how much you want to pay each month, the Klarna account is the payment method for you. With a Klarna account, you always get your goods home before you pay. Right of return
According to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005: 59), you as a customer have a right of withdrawal for 14 days after you have received the product from us. Items returned must be unused and in undamaged original packaging. You as a customer are responsible for return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal. If you as a customer want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact Almedahl's customer service, see contact information, to obtain a return number (RN). Returns are sent well packaged together with name, order number, and reason for the return. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 300 will be charged. This fee corresponds to the costs incurred for us to send out packages and receive a return.
Right of complaint
The three-year right of complaint applies in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. In the event of a complaint, you should always contact Almedahl's customer service, see contact information, and state the order number, reason for the complaint and feel free to attach photos of the damage. In the event of a complaint about a defective item, you as a customer must request an RN (return number) and shipping label. Never send goods without first agreeing with us, for handling it is important that we know that packages are on the way. Do not forget to pack the product well. If you have obviously packaged the product incorrectly, you may be required to pay a refund. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint and errors that cannot be proven, a fee of SEK 300 is paid. Shipments that do not have an RN are returned to the sender and the shipping cost is charged. In the event of a dispute, we promise to follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations. In the event of visible damage to packages or packaging, it is important that you report this directly to the delivery point. Contact our customer service, see contact information. Hidden transport damage is reported to our customer service for handling the damage as soon as possible.
