The Persons kryddskåp (Persons Spice Cabinet) serving board is perfect for serving food, collecting spices, or using as a trivet on the dinner table.
The serving board has a melamine-based surface that is resistant to heat and alcohol, and can withstand temperatures up to 130°C (266°F). The core is made of 6 mm thick MDF for the best quality. Clean the serving board by wiping it down or washing it by hand., and it should not be left standing in water.
Persons kryddskåp (Person’s spice cupboard) is part of the Linnelinjen product line from 1955. Linnelinjen was developed for the H55 exhibition in Helsingborg and marked a new approach to household textiles. Everything didn’t have to remain as it always had been.
Previously, nearly all linen was plain white, but Astrid Sampe introduced color to tablecloths, towels, and napkins. The patterns were often simple and geometric. A number of towels were created for H55, including Person’s Spice Cupboard, inspired by Signe Persson-Melin’s spice jars.
