In the case of countries outside the EU, the recipient country's customs duties and taxes are applicable. You are responsible for paying the import duties and taxes. If you are uncertain about the charges, please contact your local customs office.
Taxes and import costs can be added depending on the country and Almedsahls are not responsible for these costs. You as a customer are responsible to make sure that all import duty and taxes. If you are unsure of what rules apply then please contact your local tax authority.
Deliveries within Sweden
For shipping within Sweden, we aim to send all orders within 1-2 business days. If the product is temporarily out of stock or if its sold out then you will receive an email with all related information. Our carriers are DHL and PostNord. Normal delivery time is two business days from when you placed the order with the exception of weekends and some parts of northern Sweden.
You will get notified by text or email when the parcel has arrived at your local DHL or PostNord office, if not picked up within the 14 days then the parcel will be returned.
Deliveries to outside of Sweden
Normal delivery time for deliveries to outside of Sweden is 4-6 business days and the order will be sent straight to your home address. We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the delivery is shipped.
Fraud will be reported to the police.
Credit and Debit cards
We accept Mastercard and Visa. If you choose to pay with any of those you wont have to pay a card fee. We use the payment service provider DIBS to ensure fast and secure payments. Your details will never be saved as we are using a SSL certificate to make sure that your payment details can't be tracked.
Invoicing
You can choose to pay by invoice though Klarna AB and they also offer interest free installments. To be eligible to use Klarna's payment methods you must be at least 18 years old and be capable of entering into a legal binding contract, to be eligible to download the Klarna App you must be at least 15 years old and have the capacity to consent. You can't have any payment remarks, you also have to provide your legal address registered at Skatteverket, you also can't have any unpaid demands from Klarna.
Klarna will do a simplified credit check before you go though with your purchase.

Returns
Accordingly to "The Distances and Off-premises Contract Act (200559) and "The Law on Consumer Protection on Distance Contracts and Doorstep Selling Contracts" (2005:59) you as a customer have 14 days after you have received the order to change your mind and return it for a full refund. All products that are returned need to be unused and unopened in their original and undamaged packaging. When you decide to return a product it's up to you as a customer to pay for the return freight. If you want to return a product please contact Almedahls Customer Service do receive a RN (Return Number). All returns need to be packed properly to ensure no possible freight damage. Please write down your Name, Order number and Reason for the return together with the return order. When you have contacted our customer service you will receive a return note. Orders that haven't been collected on time are not covered by the right to return accordingly to the "The Distances and Off-premises Contract Act (200559)". When a parcel is not picked up on time the customer will be charged a fee of SEK300 to cover the shipping and handling costs.
Compaints
We offer three years of right to complaint according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Please contact Almedahls customer service and include your contact information, your order number, reason for the claim and clear photos showing what's wrong with the product. Almedahls will supply you with a RN number (return number) and a freight note. We ask you to not send us any products without first contacting us to make sure that the procedure works the way it should. Dont forget to pack the product well, should it be wrongly packaged and get damaged on the way here then you may be charged for the damage. In case of a claim where the product fault is'nt covered by the warranty or the Consumer Purchase act then you will be charged a handling fee of SEK300. If you send a product to us without the RN number then it will be returned to you and we will charge you for the shipping cost. If there should be a dispute then we always follow the guidelines of "Allmänna Reklamationsnämnen" (The general complaints board". You can find more related information by visiting this website.
Transportation damage
If there is visible damage to the packaging then it's very important that you report it straight to the delivery point. Please contact our customer service straight away. Hidden transporting damage need to be reported to us as soon as they are discovered.
