Sales and delivery terms

WITHIN SWEDEN

A shipping cost of SEK95 will be added to orders up to SEK4000. The shipping cost is added separately to the invoice. Shipping is free of charge for orders over SEK4000. Delivery address needs to be to a company address, not a residential address. 

PRICES

All prices include packaging costs, handling costs, invoicing costs, and pallets costs. Prices are valid until further notice. In the event of a price adjustment, all registered retailers will be notified one month ahead of the price change. We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of extreme changes in exchange rates and/or prices of raw materials. Price is shown excluding VAT.

MINIMUM DELIVERY QUANTITY

Goods are delivered according to the delivery quantity specified under the "Product Description" on each item. Kitchen towels, for example, are always delivered in a 6-pack. The price per meter is shown per meter. When buying a whole roll, state the number of meters. One roll contains 20 meters of fabric and 15 meters of fabric when it has an acrylate treatment. The price is converted to the price for an entire roll when the number of meters has been reached.

We do not break packages as the minimum delivery quantity is the same as the number in the package. We reserve the right to increase the number of items ordered to the minimum quantity for a package.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is expected 30 days after the approved credit check. If the credit check is declined we expect payment in advance before delivery.

TRANSPORT DAMAGES

You must review the goods straight away when you've received a delivery to your store. Please check if there are any signs of damage or theft or if the package has been opened or if something is missing. In case something is out of order or the outer packaging is damaged please submit a written notification on the consignment note together with the receipt of the delivery. Contact customer service at Almedahls as soon as possible but no later than within 14 working days. Compensation is paid after the investigation has been completed.

COMPLAINTS

Please report your complaints to Almedahls AB no later than 14 days after you've received the goods and make sure you follow the guidelines of "Duty to Inspect". Send an email to info@almedahls.se where you include the article number, the reason for the complaint together with a photo and your contact details. Please do this before selling the product or forwarding it to a third party. Goods can only be returned after receiving written approval from Almedahls AB. The goods must be returned in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping in the event of a canceled purchase.

WRONG ITEM

If you receive the wrong item then please report this within 14 days to receive a replacement delivery.

REST ORDER

Almedahls AB reserves the right to cancel backorders under SEK 500.

RESERVATION

We reserve the right to any final sale and for any printing errors. Dimensions, colors, and weight may differ, although minor differences in design may occur.
